Required information is Name, Title (add BU or program-/product-/geographical area to title if applicable), Phone and E-mail.
Division and Address is optional.
Legal entity name should not be included on business cards.
If no address is added, kongsberg.com should still remain.
Please avoid using abbreviations in title.
Do not alter logo, logo placement or overall layout.
Print on 300 gsm matte coated paper.
All employees in Norway are encouraged to order business cards through the Wittusen & Jensen webshop (see Konnect).

Product sheet
Template for a two-sided product sheet, available with the corporate and standard* typeface. The template is made with several options on the front and back. It is intended that you can mix front and back sides as you wish.

Diploma
For Discovery users:
Course evidence shall only be awarded for courses with a defined and documented scope. All courses must be registered in the Discovery Learning Management System (LMS). This applies to both customer training and internal training.
The e-mail signatures should be synchronized across KONGSBERG. Use the instructions bellow to create your own e-mail signature.
1. Open Outlook and press the "New E-mail" button.
2. In the "New E-mail" window, press the "Signature" button and select "Signatures..." in the dropdown menu.
3. In the new window, create a new signature by clicking the “New Signature”.
4. Download the Word file bellow and copy out the desired version of the signature.
5. Paste in the copied content and replace the placeholder text with your own contact details.
6. Choose the new signature as standard in the dropdown menu for "New messages" in addition to "Reply/Forward" (if you have several e-mail accounts in Outlook, remember which account you wish to install the signature for).
7. Click "OK" to save.

VW Crafter - front and back
For the silver grey vans, use the full color logo with the blue wordmark. Use the main (centered) version of the logo on areas such as on the bonnet and the back doors.

VW Crafter - sides
The horizontal version of the logo is best suited to be used on the sides of the van.

VW Passat - front and back
For the silver grey station wagons, use the full color logo with the blue wordmark. Use the main (centered) version of the logo on the bonnet, but on the rear hatch it is better to use the horizontal version in order for the wordmark to be legible.

Use the the same space equal to the widht of the symbol to create space around the logo.
VW Passat - sides
The horizontal version of the logo is best suited to be used on the passenger and driver side of the car.
The width of the logo should be 3/5 of the total width of the door, centered in the area as illustrated.
